Honestly can’t fault Ellie at all. From the minute I walked in, I felt totally at ease. She really listens to what you want and gives proper advice, not just what sounds good. Had my hair styled with curls and it lasted all night – even with the Newcastle weather! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Proper lush experience.

Absolutely unreal service from start to finish. Ellie is so professional and clearly knows her stuff. I had extensions fitted and the blend is flawless – you honestly can’t tell they’re not my own hair. The salon feels really high-end but still relaxed. If you’re in Jarrow or anywhere around Newcastle, this is the place to go.

Ellie is an absolute gem. Made me feel welcome straight away, proper canny lass. I went in for a blow-dry and left feeling like a different person. Hair looked class and held perfectly.
